the difference between the tinytach and the one I sugest you is that the tinytach cost more on the long term (because it works with a battery that you can't change and you have to buy another tach) and it doesn't look like a real tach (nice chrome tach install on your handel).
I install a mini-tach on my bike (V-Star 650cc. 2 cylinder, 2 coils) and it work just fine. My mechanic told me that it would fit on a 1 cylinder, 1 coil bike (like the Savage 650).
